Feel free to email your response to our questions below to [email protected] 1) Do you plan to use the Rotisserie / Instant Pot continuously (e.g. for commercial use)? Or will you only use it from time-to-time? If you plan to use it for commercial use, then we would recommend you purchase an AVR w/ built-in step-down transformer (PVR series). However, if you’re only using it for personal use intermittently, then you can just consider purchasing a Step Down transformer as these are cheaper than the PVR. 2) Are you planning to use the Rotisserie and the Instant Pot at the same time? Or you’ll only use it one at a time. This will affect the capacity of the AVR or Transformer you would require. 3) Are the wattage you’ve provided at Maximum Watts? Or Average Watts?
