Yes, our PSP will still help protect your PC from power surges even if your home does not have a grounding system and you are using a two-prong outlet with an adapter or extension cord. The surge protection function will still work under these conditions. That said, please note that having a proper ground provides the highest level of protection, but the absence of grounding does not prevent the PSP from operating as a surge protector.
