The design of the CM5 is loosely based on the Raspberry Pi 5, and for cost-sensitive applications it can be supplied without the eMMC fitted; this version is called the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 Lite (CM5Lite).The Compute Module 5 (CM5) combines the internals of a Raspberry Pi 5 (the BCM2712 processor and 2 GB, 4 GB, or 8 GB of RAM) with optional 0 GB (Lite), 16 GB, 32 GB, or 64 GB of eMMC Flash storage.
